Servo-following splicing device: according to the input pipe specification, the system adjusts the supporting action during cutting by itself, which minimizes the influence of pipe error caused by pipe length sagging and ensures cutting accuracy.

CNC clamping system

With the logical action set by the system, it is possible to achieve pull-type cutting of tubes, which significantly improves the cutting accuracy and can conditionally achieve zero tail material cutting (depending on the workpiece cutting size and specific cutting process).

Three chucks

Three chucks mutual shift for fine cutting. Independently researched and developed full-stroke chuck to realize cutting and blanking of any length of pipe, using the entire pipe as much as possible to achieve “zero remains” cutting.
